Equality and Inclusion

Our introductory workshop is designed to raise awareness and spark dialogues on issues of race to include unjust and inequitable outcomes. There is a focus on the importance of taking a broader approach when organizations require training and a better understanding of Equality, Inclusion, and Diversity.  We train them on how the systemic approach is needed to create an environment that addresses the issue and not the person

This workshop includes activities focused on helping achieve racial equity and inspire action towards change not just in the individual, but in the system. Participants gain a better understanding of implicit bias and racism in it’s institutional form.

This workshop introduces a cultural, structural, and historical analysis of racism that will help create a clearer understanding and shared language.  Participants should leave better equipped with a cleaner lens and view point to work towards change.
